Bet on Cobalt
Bet on Cobalt was a Twitch-based event created on January 19th, 2016[1] to promote the release of Cobalt. The event was run by Oxeye Game Studio and Mojang on the Twitch account "bot_cobalt"[2], and lasted until February 2nd, 2016; the release date of Cobalt.

Operation
Bet on Cobalt is an IRC bot for Twitch, initialized when the PC version of Cobalt is launched with the launch argument "-ircbot". Bet on Cobalt acquires the information necessary for connecting to Twitch chat via IRC through a twitch.sfg file the operator creates.
